1. Overview These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TechFlow AI’s website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. TechFlow AI is a sole trader business operating in Aotearoa New Zealand.
2. Services TechFlow AI provides digital services including Google Business Profile optimisation, WordPress speed and SEO improvements, and AI lead agent setup. Full service details are outlined in your project agreement.
3. Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work
- Final payment of the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of completed work
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal
- All prices are in NZD and are GST-exclusive unless otherwise stated
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
4. Refunds Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not offered once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual property Upon receipt of full payment, you own all deliverables created for your project. TechFlow AI retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Results disclaimer TechFlow AI applies best-practice digital strategies, however we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as Google rankings or lead volumes, as these depend on factors outside our control including search engine algorithms and market conditions.
7. Limitation of liability TechFlow AI’s liability is limited to the value of the services paid for. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms are always available at techflowai.co.nz/terms.
9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
